From my home buying/selling experience, I can't thank Kagan enough for his patience with the process of selling my current place and help me move into a new one in the same neighbourhood. My primary goal was to downsize without losing the neighbourhood . There were times when I lost hope completely, but he was on my side to reassure me and lifted me up. The process was long and it got complicated at the end because of Hurricane Ian. I couldn't have done better with any other realtor. I am partly to blame for the lengthy process as I went against his advise and listed the price higher in the beginning based on the market conditions then. Kagan guided me as the market changed and we reached a point when things turned around in our favour. In the end, everything worked out, thanks to Kagan. He was thorough in getting details of prospective places, responsive to all questions, and in a very timely manner. Punctuality is important to me and Kagan was never late to any appointment (to show my property or show me one). He has a good network of contractors who are reliable and they got necessary work done on time. Knowing that your realtor connects you with reliable contractors to work with a property you intend to buy/sell is a huge relief. Kagan also accommodated me on multiple occasions when I wasn't able to complete something because of my work schedule. He took the initiative, got my permission, and was present at times/places when I couldn't be there in person. Overall, Kagan made my not so easy experience bearable and stuck with me all the way through the end. Thank you for bringing me to a happy place, Kagan!
